Villa
Feliz is designed around a large living area with comfortable modern
furnishings,
satellite flat screen TV, Sony DVD/CD/TV hi fi and Play station 2, extending to a
beautiful covered terrace, where most meals are taken, and where one can
relax or entertain in this cool, calm space. Everywhere you will find
comfortable, quality furnishings, pictures, art and lighting.
There is a master bedroom (king bed) with
en suite bathroom (WC bath &
shower) and 2 further twin bedded rooms with second bathroom (twin basins,
WC, bath & shower). Master bedroom enjoys its own access to the
terrace and pool area. Bedroom 2 overlooks pool with large single beds that
can be put together.
All bedrooms have fitted cupboards, shuttered windows and fans.
All bed
linen, towels, duvets and sheets are provided. All you need are your
shorts, T-shirts and beach towels!
The fitted kitchen/diner enjoys masses of natural light from windows and
skylight, and has all the comforts you would expect at home. In limed
solid oak with granite work surfaces with built in ceramic hob and oven,
extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle
& toaster. There is circular glass table for occasional meals and a
good size fridge/freezer for the usual holiday requirements!
OUTSIDE: There is a private swimming pool (25' x 12'), which is solar heated by special panels & an electric heat pump for guaranteed winter pool warmth. Now with Roman Steps. There are no additional charges for pool heating.
Also you will find a large sun terrace with comfortable beds and shady pergola, an outdoor shower, BBQ, hardwood dining furniture and a garden planted with indigenous Canarian plants and succulents, all surrounded by screens and walls to ensure your privacy. Pool and terrace is not overlooked so sunbathe & swim "au naturelle" if you wish ....... enjoy!
Villa Feliz is just 6 minutes walk from Playa Flamingo, with its safe sheltered
beach, cafes and shops. The village
centre (only about 18 mins. walk away) is focused mainly around a
small sandy beach, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Safe for children
and ideal for adults who can supervise from the comfort of an adjacent bar
or restaurant! All enjoy great sea views across the water to the
island
of
Fuerteventura
, and for the adventurous there are ferries crossing regularly or numerous
boat trips from the adjacent port to explore the coast, nearby undeveloped
beaches and wonderful clear waters.
